The Huntington welcomes coverage from active journalists working on a story related to its library, art, and botanical collections or its education and research programs.
Media Access & Press Passes
All press passes must be coordinated in advance through the News and Media Relations Office at huntingtonnews@huntington.org.
- Requests must be submitted at least two business days in advance.
- All requests are subject to approval and may be declined based on institutional needs, scheduling, or capacity.
- Approved journalists may receive up to two complimentary press passes.
- Journalists must receive approval before arriving on-site.
Film & Video Requests
Press passes do not grant permission to film or record video. All filming or video requests must be submitted to the News and Media Relations Office for approval.
Rose Garden Tea Room Reservation Requests
Complimentary tea service is available for one approved journalist in connection with an editorial assignment.
- Additional guests are welcome and must purchase their own tea service.
- Reservations and complimentary tea requests must be submitted to the News and Media Relations Office at least two weeks in advance and include the total party size.
- All Tea Room requests are subject to availability and capacity.
